Contribution:

Any single teacher can contribute to the process of education. By working daily to educate the world’s youth and making continued modifications to their practices to become more effective, teachers ensure their students receive a quality education that prepares them for the future. High quality teaching requires the drive and desire to effectively educate students and make a difference in the world. Teacher’s professional development is essential in teaching/learning process. Teachers should share different experiences, try new things;

Expectations:

I’ve been teaching since 2002. My position at school isn’t only teaching and assessing students. I am the member of so called “Assessment Group”. This is the team which consists of teacher facilitators chosen by school administration. Our team is responsible for monitoring, observing and giving feedback to colleagues. Within the program I’m responsible for sharing experiences gained from workshops, conferences and trainings, give helping hands to teachers, planning lessons and conducting them together (team-teaching).

I’m applying to this conference to gain new experience, meet teachers from different parts of the world and share ideas, have some very essential advice from professionals, refresh myself and spread my knowledge to my colleagues.
