I am experienced principal and teacher. Especially secondary education and youths aged from 16 to 18 are close to my heart. I am originally math and chemistry teacher, but my passion for nowadays is implementing team coaching methods into secondary education and also developing entrepreneurship education as part of Finnish upper secondary school system. I am a strong professional equipped with the desire to learn new, to think again and to pursuit something totally new and unseen to the education of the youth.

Entrepreneurship Studies as a Tool to Create Sense of Togetherness in a High School.
In the Forum I want to meet new people and change views of the education of the youth. I want to find solutions to make the youngsters feel better in the school and feel like they are integral part of something. I also think that my school has found one way to do it and I am very eager to tell about it to the whole world. In the same time I am also always open to new ideas. I think that you can always do better.
