Topic:
How to teach students independence and teamwork and encouraging students to do better
Merits:

Teaching independence and teamwork: Divide the class into groups to give
the children a sense of team-spirit. During an activity each group will
work on it's own to complete the task with some supervision and guidance
from the teacher, this will teach the children to be independent and to
have teamwork skills. Finally, each group's work will be analyzed to
create some friendly competition and make the children feel proud of
their work. This can also be specialized in a way that the groups are
divided according to skill level and the tasks given to each group will
differ in difficulty depending on their level. So the weak students will
not feel lonely or ashamed because they can help each other. The weak
students will not feel too overwhelmed by their task and the smart
students will not feel too relaxed.
