EXPERIENCE

TEACHING: 14 years, teaching in different schools 

LEADERSHIP: 5 years representing my fellow teachers at my working station, (Tanzania Teacher’s Union representative – Station level) 

4 Years representing Youths at the District level  (Tanzania Teachers Union) 

ACHIEVEMENTS

(I) Most of my students have been doing very well in their final examinations and some of them are Lawyers, doctors, teachers and drivers at the moment. 

(II) I have fought for my fellow teachers rights to the highest standard. I have been doing so through lobbying and advocacy. 

I am Mr. Froling Rwela aged 35 years old. I am a primary school teachers at Azimio C. Primary School which is located in Mwanza City. 

I have been teaching for about 14 years with lots of merits. Some of achievements are; (1) Large number of my pupils who pass their final examinations and get the legality of proceeding with their further studies (2) Fighting for my fellow teachers rights as the TTU leader in different levels since 2010.

Your Excellency Guest of Honor, a part from lots of merits and achievements, there are some challenges which hider education development. Some of the challengers lack of enough teachers, working materials such as text books and supplementary books and shortage of classrooms. Your Honor, these weaknesses cause the attendance of our pupils to be low day to day. 

Your Excellence; I would like end up by advising the government to improve the ministry of Education and Vocational Training budget so as to end all the challenges facing education sector in Tanzania. 

(i) To be a good and useful ambassador of the IPF 

(ii) To use the skills I have achieved to attack all the challengers facing education sector in Tanzania. 

(iii) To improve Social connection with my fellow member during the forum
