From 2014 to the present, lecturer in industrial electricity for the Master II in Food Industry, on behalf of the University of Ouagadougou to TRAINING AND RESEARCH UNIT IN SCIENCES OF LIFE AND EARTH (UFR / SVT ) At the Research Center for Nutritional Food Biological Sciences (CRSBAN).
In 2014, I am appointed Headmaster at the Regional Professional High School Doma SOME de Gaoua.
The challenges were enormous after a crisis in high school: Restore the trust of the administration to the people and the community as a whole.
Things done today: we were able to master the training courses at the BEP level and the prolonged at the Baccalaureate Professional, we even added other sectors.

De 2014 à nos jours, Chargé de cours d’électricité industrielle pour les Master II en Industrie Agroalimentaire, pour le compte de l’Université de Ouagadougou à UNITE DE FORMATION ET DE RECHERCHE EN SCIENCES DE LA VIE ET DE LA TERRE (UFR/SVT) au Centre de Recherche en Sciences Biologiques Alimentaires  Nutritionnelles (CRSBAN).
En 2014, je suis nommé Proviseur  au Lycée Professionnel Régional Doma SOME de Gaoua.
Les défis étaient énormes après une crise qu’a vécue le lycée: Redonner la confiance de l’administration aux administrés et à la communauté toute entière .
Choses faites aujourd’hui: nous avons pu maîtrisé les filières de formation au niveau BEP et les prolongé au Baccalauréat Professionnel, nous avons même ajouté d’autres filières.

Lack of vocation of the actors of the educational system,
Resignation of parents of pupils,
Failure to implement the education policy,
Hence, formations not adapted to the needs of the market,
Increase in the number of unemployed graduates, incivism and banditry.

Manque de vocation des acteurs du système éducatif,

D’où, formations non adaptées aux besoins du marché, 
Accroissement du nombre de diplômés chômeurs, de l’incivisme et du grand banditisme. 

To provide reframing solutions in order to ensure a quality and high quality education system accessible to all the children of the people and for a change in their favor.

Apporter des solutions de recadrage afin d’assurer un système éducatif de qualité et de haut niveau accessible à tous les enfants du peuple et pour un changement à leur faveur.
