-Como maestro de aula he descubierto que el alumno aprende mejor haciendo tareas o trabajo en equipo

-Que los alumnos menores aprenden a leer rapidamente cuando le asocias las imagenes y los nombres de las mismas.

-Un trabajo elaborado pòr el mismo alumno le permite un dominio del tema, objeto de trabajo.

-La historia se aprende mejor comentando los temas en clase y no un aprendizaje memoristico.

-Los examenes aveces no muestran el nivel de parendizaje del alumno y su conocimiento, solo es respuesta de aquello que se le ha propuesto de la prueba.

-Para la educacin integral de un alumno no se debe abandonar o dejar de lado los valores culturales de su grupo, como la lengua materna, pequenas aplicaciones tradicionales...Sino hacer una simbiosis entre conocimiento cientifico y los valores culturales.

DISCURSO : LA PÈRDIDA DE IDENTIFAD
Todos los paises africanos tienen una o varias lenguas maternas , estas han servido de vehiculo para transmitir la cultura de los mas viejos a los jovenes. Pues existen tantas lenguas como grupos culturales humanos hay en africa. La civilizacion por otra parte ha sido impuesta atravez de unos idiomas o lenguas extranjeras, unico medio para similar los conocimientos cientificos, lo que hq favorecido al hombre africano.
La realidad nuestra es que tanto los idiomas  como la cultura traidos por la civilizacion, invaden y tienden a eliminar las culturas y las lenguas autoctonas. Pues nuestros jovenes son del mundo globalizado sin indentidad cultural determinada como africa.
Entiendo que cuestion que debe afrontar el sistema educatico creando heramientas y estrategias que eviten esta aculturacio social.

PROBLEMAS DE LA EDUCACION NACIONAL

-El uso de las nuevas tecnologias.
-El tema de la programacion
-la residencia familiar del alumno.
-La invasion de la cultura extranjera.

Entiendo que es un encuentro de maestros de diferentes paises para hacer un intercambio de opiniones, experiencia  de temas que tiene que ver con la enseñanza aprendizaje a fin de lograr una calidad educativa.
