This will allow to consider proposals for solutions based on the experiences and practices of the class that we have lived for two decades.
In addition, the success rates for both exams, the BEPC and the BAC remain below the ten-year average, and three-quarters of the first-term candidates have a zero-dictation mark.

What is stated above is only one of the consequences of teaching in crisis in Burkina Faso. The country has known for a long time but especially the last decade of serious difficulties in terms of its National Education, as evidenced by a series of strikes and other manifestations of humor of primary and secondary school teachers, who have made the coming year white last year, the same stronger threat this year this month, with an ultimatum for the end of this month. If insecurity is currently the preoccupation of the hour with the kidnappings or assassinations of teachers, the fires of school infrastructures, the modest national budget allocated to this sector does not allow any serious answer to the traditional problems like the lack of quality training, their inadequacy with the requirements of development, the inaccessibility of education due to costs, inadequate infrastructure and human resources etc.

Il s’agira, d’abord, de faire le diagnostic de qui se révèle une des raisons évidentes de la baisse du niveau d’instruction et de culture générale des apprenants, depuis la phase initiale jusqu’au sortir des cycles, même pour ceux qui y ont réussi. Un des exemples malheureux et malheureusement encore, mondialement médiatisé, a été la mauvaise prestation des étudiants dans les échanges avec le Président français Emmanuel Macron lors d’une visite sur le campus principal de Ouagadougou. Cela permettra d’envisager des propositions de solutions à partir des expériences et pratiques de la classe que nous avons vécues depuis deux décennies.
Par ailleurs les taux de succès aux deux examens, le BEPC et le BAC restent en dessous de la moyenne sur dix ans et les trois quarts des candidats au premier ont la note zéro en dictée.
Ce qui est exposé ci-dessus n’est qu’une des conséquences d’un enseignement en crise au Burkina Faso. Le pays connait depuis longtemps mais surtout la dernière décennie de sérieuses difficultés au niveau de son Education nationale, en témoigne une série de grèves et autres manifestations d’humeur des enseignants du primaire et du secondaire, qui ont fait frôler l’année blanche, l’an passé, la même menace plus forte cette année ce mois, avec un ultimatum pour la fin de ce mois. Si l’insécurité est actuellement la préoccupation de l’heure avec les enlèvements ou assassinats d’enseignants, les incendies d’infrastructures scolaires, la modicité du budget national affectée à ce secteur ne permet aucune réponse sérieuse aux problèmes  traditionnels comme le manque de qualité des formations, leur inadaptation avec les exigences du développement, l’inaccessibilité de l’enseignement du fait des coûts, de l’insuffisance en infrastructures et ressources humaines etc.
