Parallel with the pedagogical job I am also doing scientific explorations. I have published

scientific articles in science magazines. I am constantly focusing on my self-

development and self-improvement (attending seminars, participation in round tables,

speeches in different conferences). I combine both traditional and innovative ways of,

centering on students. I am keeping curiosity and motivation of the children at the same

time keeping also links between subjects and developing research, analytical, critical

and creative thinking. I am also focusing on uniqueness and strength of students as an

individuals. I also encourage the use of informational technologies during studying.

Every pedagogue should always improve himself and always learn something new in the field. IPF is a great opportunity to develop professional skills. During the forum I would like to interact with pedagogues, learn about their achievements, different techniques of teaching which would be great chance to exchange our experiences and gain new skills and knowledge in teaching.
