Principal of KSI "Specialized boarding school "Murager" of Karaganda region education department “ Utebayev N. G graduated from the faculty of foreign languages of Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov on the specialty " The teacher of English and French languages" in 2003. In 2018 he was awarded the breastplate of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Ibrai Altynsarin".In April 2018, he was a member of the delegation of the international forum held in Switzerland and Spain. In the last 2017-2018 academic year 85 graduates of “Murager” school received a grant and became students of leading higher educational institutions, such as Nazarbayev University, KIMEP, KBTU, Suleiman Demirel university, Kazakh State Juridical Academy, Kazakh National university named after Al-Farabi, IITU, ENU named after L. N. Gumilev, Kazakh state law University, Moscow state University named after M. Lomonosov, Tomsk State technical university, KSTU, Karaganda State university named after E. A. Buketov, Karaganda state medical university etc. At the end of the 2017-2018 academic year ten students became the owners of the sign and certificate "Altyn belgi" and six graduates are the holders of certificates with honors. Students of school “Murager” constantly take part and are winners of regional, republican and international and scientific projects. In January 2019, at the intellectual game "Soz-Zerde", organized and broadcast by the regional TV, students became the winners among the students of the region. The participants of the debate club are the winners of the debate in three languages of the regional level among the specialized schools of Karaganda region. The school has established the work of such courses and clubs as "Robotics", "Debate club", "Hydroponics", "Music club", "Dance club", "Media club", "Cooking club", "Animation", "Dombra oneri", "Chess". IT has class, study "Intellectum", "STEM-center".

Problems in education: As we know, the modern school teaches representatives of generation Z, who actively use tablets and 3D-reality. We can say that the modern student is a "digital person". They are interested in science and technology, it is assumed that they will be engaged in Engineering, Biomedicine, Robotics and Art. In this regard, it is necessary that the curriculum meet the challenges of modern society. To do this, it is necessary that the variable part of the curriculum does not limit the possibility of introducing a variety of courses that contribute to the intellectual development of students and the development of their functional literacy.

We know the Forum will be truly memorable experience for all participants so there will be a great opportunity: - to cooperate with participants and new partners, share own experience; -to discuss and get answers to topical issues; - to learn new skills and methods of management and increase my personal capacity to work more effectively; I also expect that thematic communication will give a clearer picture of the use of new technologies in education, including self-education, and various systems of assessment and motivation of students that will serve an opportunity for further improvement of teaching activities.
