On the 21st of March 2019 a meeting was held between representatives go the Organizing Committee of the Global International Pedagogical Forum IPF∙2020 and a president of the Indonesian Teachers Association PGRI - Dr. Unifah Rosyidi, M. Pd. Indonesian Teachers Association was found in 1912. Currently there are around 3 million teachers-members of PGRI and this association has a very strong and broad system which operates from the national level down to the level of districts and sub-districts. Throughout its entire existence association has never been affiliated with governments, politics or any business enterprise - has always been an independent institution and developed autonomously. However, Indonesian Teachers Association managed to build a close cooperation with and enlist the support form the Ministry of education, President and Prime Minister of Indonesia, who contributes fully to any burning issues of PGRI. Dr. Unifah expressed a genuine interest in the whole concept of the Global International Pedagogical Forum IPF∙2020, highlighted that the substantive provisions of the IPF∙2020 absolutely match the philosophy, social and moral values which Indonesian Teachers Association shares. Both sides agreed for the further cooperation on the IPF∙2020 and on the global education development.
