Paris, France. Today, a meeting was held between Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum, Evgeny Baranovsky, and Permanent Representative of Côte d'Ivoire to UNESCO, Victoire Deine Kohou. The parties have noted the positive dynamic of preparation for the Forum. The delegation of Côte d'Ivoire will take an active part in the work of the Forum, and Minister of Education, Mme Kandia Camara, will give a talk at the opening ceremony in Washington D.C. Côte d'Ivoire has proposed to consider the possibility of organising the 6th venue in their country, which is supposed to be the first French-speaking host country of this big international educational event. The idea was welcomed. Consultations in this regard will be held next week, and the decision is going to be made until June 14. The parties has confirmed their intentions to strengthen education development process on the African continent.
