Master 2 in Educational Inspection, Specialized in Professional and Technical Training / Master 2 en Inspección Educativa, Especializado en Formación Profesional y Técnica

I've been in the world of teaching for 15 years. After graduating as a teacher of secondary education (ESBA and Bachelor's), I have worked in four different educational centers, three of them Private with Spanish cooperation and one audience. I have been academic director in two of them, head of discipline and tutor of many courses; as well as vice president of the department of letters.
         The experience has been very positive in general, it is evident that, if you relate to so many people, there must be disagreements, but I committed myself to know how to see the positive part of all situations. I have learned so much from my directors, from classmates, from students.
        Throughout all this time, I have participated in many training courses, workshops, etc .; As is logical, where I have achieved many certificates of different modules.
         Wherever I have worked, I have fought for creativity and teamwork; extremely important aspects, both for the formators and for the formandi to achieve a quality education.
          Through a scholarship, after proof of opposition, I went to Senegal where I took Master 2 in Educational Inspection, specializing in Vocational and Technical Training at Cheik Anta Diop University in Dakar (Senegal).
          Back in the country, I am working as an inspector in two Departments (General Directorate of Professional Technical Education and in the General Inspectorate of Educational Services), I have managed to change the concept of police or inspector that was held to the figure of the Inspector.
           I have created index cards that help promote the internal efficiency and external efficiency of the education system.

         Llevo 15 años en el mundo de la enseñanza. Después de graduarme como maestro de la enseñanza secundaria (ESBA y BACHILLERATO), he trabajado en cuatro centros educativos diferentes, tres de ellos Privados con la cooperación española y un público. He sido director académico en dos de ellos, jefe de disciplina y tutor de muchos cursos; así como vicepresidente del departamento de letras.
         La experiencia ha sido muy positiva en general, es evidente que, si te relacionas con tanta gente, tiene que haber discrepancias, pero yo me comprometí a saber ver la parte positiva de todas las situaciones. He aprendido tantísimo de  mis directivos, de las compañeras y compañeros, de las alumnas y alumnos.
        A lo largo de todo este tiempo, he participado a muchos cursos de capacitación, talleres, etc.; como es lógico, donde he logrado muchos certificados de diferentes módulos.
         Donde quiera que haya trabajado, he luchado por la creatividad y el trabajo en equipo; aspectos sumamente importantes, tanto para los formadores como para los formandos para conseguir una educación de calidad.  
          Através de una beca, previa prueba de oposición, me fui a Senegal donde saque el master 2 en Inspección educativa especializándome en la Formación Profesional y Técnica en la Universidad Cheik Anta Diop de Dakar (Senegal).
          De vuelta al país, estoy  trabajando como inspector en dos Departamentos (Dirección General de Enseñanza Técnica Profesional y en la Inspección General de Servicios Educativos), he logrado cambiar el concepto de policía o fiscalizador que se le tenía a la figura  del Inspector.
           He confeccionado fichas con indicadores que ayuden a promover  la eficacia interna y la eficiencia externa del sistema educativo.

As I have pointed out in the previous paragraphs that I work directly under two departments, these addresses should be briefly explained.
1. General Directorate of Professional Technical Education, composed of a General Director, a section chief, three technicians and three secretaries. It has at its command more than a total of 45 centers of professional and technical training at the National level.
      Its main missions are the following: to implement the policies concerning Vocational and Technical Training in the matter of programs, methods, structures, etc., to ensure the support and accompaniment of the different centers of professional technical training, to explore the pedagogical control reports and received administrative, coordinate planning and ensure supervision and development of professional training programs; among other.
2. General Inspection of Educational Services, is the strong arm of the Ministry of Education, University Teaching and Sports. It is composed of a General Inspector, District, Municipal and Zonal Technical Inspectors as well as their respective secretaries. In the two large cities (Malabo and Bata), the ratio school-Provincial Technical Inspector, oscillates in 18 schools or centers per inspector approximately; in other cities or districts the ratio is smaller.
       Its main missions: to ensure the promotion of quality education and training policies at the scale of each circumscription, to coordinate, plan and organize its administration, manage operations and human resources, communicate internally and externally; among other.

  Como lo he señalado en los párrafos anteriores que trabajo directamente bajo dos  departamentos, cabe explicar brevemente estas direcciones.

1.     Dirección General de la Enseñanza Técnica Profesional, compuesto por un Director General, un jefe de sección, tres técnicos y tres secretarias. Tiene a su mando más de un total de 45 centros de formación  profesional y técnica a nivel Nacional.

      Sus principales misiones son las siguientes: implementar las políticas concernientes a la Formación Profesional y técnica en materia de programas, métodos, estructuras, etc., asegurar el apoyo y el acompañamiento a los diferentes centros de Formación técnica profesional, explorar los informes de control pedagógica y administrativa recibidos, coordinar la planificación y de asegurar la supervisión y la elaboración de programas de formación profesionales; entre otras.   

2.        Inspección General de Servicios Educativos, es el brazo fuerte  del Ministerio de Educación, Enseñanza Universitaria y Deportes. Está compuesto por un Inspector General, Inspectores Técnicos Distritales, Municipales y Zonales así como sus respectivas secretarias. En las dos grandes ciudades (Malabo y Bata), la ratio escuela- Inspector técnico zonal,   oscila en   18 escuelas o centros por Inspector aproximadamente; en otras ciudades o distritos la ratio es más reducido. 

       Sus principales misiones: asegurar la promoción de las políticas de educación y de formación de calidad a la escala de cada circunscripción, coordinar, planificar y organizar su administración, gestionar las operaciones y los recursos humanos, comunicar interna y externamente; entre otras. 

The expectations are very high and positive: meet other professionals from other countries, make an exchange of knowledge, know the educational systems of other latitudes, etc. and I hope it can address issues such as: gender equality, education for peace, respect and care for the environment, education in values, etc.

 Las expectativas son muy altas y positivas: conocer a otros profesionales de otros países, hacer un intercambio de conocimientos, conocer los sistemas educativos de otras latitudes, etc. y espero que pueda abordar temas como: la igualdad de género, educación para la paz, el respeto y cuidado del medio ambiente, la educación en valores, etc.
