I tought in elementary school for the last 41 years. I always enjoyed teaching students and the students become success full and found at higher government and non-government position in and outside of the country since the reward is it i am finished my responsibility of teaching in well effective and efficient manner.
Quality of education is a major problem in the education system of Ethiopia. The place where quality is implanted into the minds of children should be elementary schools. However, due to lack of resources and necessary facilities to aid the teaching learning process. The salaries and benefits they get are so low that they are not motivated to teach. All the above arise as a result of the economic status of the county. Unless we come out of poverty quickly, it becomes very difficult and even impossible to bring quality of education in the country has to be peaceful and democratic.
